Proceed with caution -- not a good company
I asked for this company to check if they can check my account to reduce my rate, however, it's been over 6 months, and I still have not heard from them. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't really look out for their customers. I feel stuck with them and would not recommend using this company. Find another solution.
