Ordered 4th November
Ordered 4th November, still not arrived and not very good communication with company email either.. got told they tried to deliver on a certain date but I have ring door bell and my neighbour has cameras and also ring doorbell who takes a lot of my parcels in, same delivery company YODEL has delivered quite a few parcels recently but apparently no success for this parcel! Not sure if the company or delivery company but not happy as was anniversary gift for my partner who works away but still didn’t receive. Finally got communication and a refund in the end but would of preferred what I ordered as was personalised and pay over £20 not happy with any service from this company at all even after reading good reviews. Yodel can be tarnished but had parcels in between these dates! Finally got somewhere with a refund after nearly a month.
