Unprofessional, Inconsistent, and Untrustworthy Platform – Do Not Share Personal Information
I created my account just two months ago using a different email, yet my application was rejected because my store didn’t have six months of continuous reviews. I was told to come back on December 4th, and when I contacted them again on November 30th, they said my request was outdated and asked me to submit a new application with a new email. I followed all the instructions given by support, including submitting a new application. Then they asked me to provide a login recording video of my store—a request I have never encountered on any other platform. Despite providing this private information as proof that the store belongs to me, my application was rejected again without any explanation. Why do they ask for personal information if they don’t intend to approve applications? If they don’t want to approve me, they should simply reject the application instead of requesting sensitive details. This process feels untrustworthy, and no one should share their private information with this platform. The support I received was unprofessional, inconsistent, and frankly childish. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this platform again.
