Dishonest Company
I ordered size Large based on the size chart for a 38" waist, but they were way too tight. When I tried to exchange them, support refused. They claimed my items were "Final Sale" clearance because of a discount I used, even though I paid full price for the first pack and the items were not marked as clearance on the page. Support even admitted the clearance section was "temporarily hidden" on the site during the promo. Using hidden classifications to void a satisfaction guarantee feels dishonest. I won't be ordering from here again.
