Based on my experience of Shehds, and their people, I trust them!
The individual I spoke with was very courteous and helpful… and also honest! They were also patient whilst I made my mind up!! Most of my lighting inventory is Shehds, and I was initially hesitant, but I can confirm the products so far have been good, and great VFM. The support, whilst it’s different in approach, in the sense they’ll send you spare parts rather than accepting returns, has been fine! I’ve only had one issue, which they quickly resolved!
