Beautiful and Authentic
I purchased the beautiful Tiger and Dragon Duan Ni Teapot from Umi Tea Sets for my college-age son as a Christmas present. He loved it! The coloring of the teapot and the craftsmanship are exceptional. The exquisite design embodies the heritage and culture of the ancient art of making tea. My son has taken part in a weekly tea club during his time at law school and has learned a tremendous amount about tea in general, the various types of teas, preparation and serving. After using the teapot, he said he has been very pleased with its ability to maintain a constant, steady temperature. We have experienced this first hand, as he is always eager to invite us to share in the ritual of making tea, not only when we are visiting him in his home, but also when he comes to see us. Not only is the teapot highly functional, it looks beautiful displayed beside other Umi products we have purchased. The customer service agents at Umi tea are always courteous and professional. The tea set arrived within a reasonable amount of time, safely and securely packaged, with no damage. I am sure that we will be purchasing other products from Umi in the future. Thanks Umi!
