I had earlier reviewed a one start to Scales Galore and the salesman Lance. Later that same day the manufacturer finally returned my call and we were able to settle all the components I was having difficulty with. As it ends up, Lance directed me well into the scale selection. There is apparently a lot to learn when using a 0.000 scale, if you have no previous practical knowledge. Lance did try to tell me about how sensitive they are, but thank goodness I found out there is a sensitivity setting in the unit I purchased, along with other capabilities. Thanks Lance!
