First time/Last time!
-5 STARS! I Ordered a dress from them. Once package came and I looked at it and realized it was too big. Didn't take it out the package, never took tags off or anything. I emails them twice and asked them to send me the information to send back. I have sent a total of 3 emails and there was only one reply. I have never seen a company with so many bad reviews. I normally read the reviews last. There is no way to return if they dont give you what you need to submit for a refund. Please know, they haven't heard the last from me. They also have a number on the website that isn't correct.This was my first time ordering from them and it will be my last. They gave options on how to return or get a refund and do not adhere to it. Then they come on here and reply about getting it taken care and what all they wil do. Never happens!
