Customer service lacking
I assembled my new airplane and powered it on to test servos and the motor. The motor screeches loudly like it has bad bearings. I contacted customer service to ask what my options are. Was told it's fine. If it fails we'll replace it. Yeah, if it fails my plane will crash. I can't trust this motor and feel like I'm being ignored. I had heard all over YouTube that Dynam was improving but I'm not experiencing that.
