very disappointing experience with TopView. AI frequently generates wrong or duplicate images/videos, but you still lose credits and pay for every mistake. The AI has deleted my project files/SceneCards without my authorization. Sometimes I have to wait 24–48 hours just to get 1–2 videos. That is a huge waste of money. Customer support does not respond to emails when serious problems happen. You pay for the service, but when the AI fails, the customer pays for the failure. I spent a lot of money and time on this platform. The system is unreliable, the credit system feels unfair, and the support is extremely poor. Think twice before spending your money here.
