Refund still not returned despite airline confirmation
I have been waiting for my refund for many months after my flight was cancelled. The airline confirmed that they already refunded the money to Airpaz, but Airpaz has still not returned it to me, and communication has mostly stopped. In every email they repeat the same message- that they are “still waiting for payment from the airline”- even though the airline already confirmed the refund long ago. Their “180-day policy” is being used as a reason not to issue a proper refund, despite the fact that they already received the funds. I have now escalated the case to the aviation authority and my bank. Very disappointing experience- travellers should be cautious.
