Not as advertised, poor quality
Poor quality and does not sell you what is advertised. I bought two dress and both dresses had different stitching style and different fabric than what was advertised. For example, one dress was advertised as having a beautiful lace, wrist cuff. What I got was a basic ruffle. For one of the dresses I ordered a size small (and tag said small) and it looked like it fits a woman who is size 8 or 10. I took the dresses to a seamstress and she was shocked how poor it was made. I ended up making one of the dresses into a skirt; seamstress couldn’t save the top of the dress. As for the other dress, I wanted to return it and get my money back, but Futario wanted to send me “one” dress as a replacement item for compensation (an unfair exchange; I had two dress I could not wear). They were not interested in reimbursing me. Update: Since I was too afraid of sending the dresses back, paying money for shipping, and worried about them not reimbursing me, I asked for the one dress compensation. Futario refuse to send me another dress. Each time I picked a dress, they told me it was out of stock, and kept giving me the runaround. This is a very unethical company and has wasted my time. I did post a poor review on their website, but they only post positive reviews.
