Lousy patching
This is not a furniture from scratch company but they seemEd to order from taobao. Delivery takes two months or more. Defects are badly patched with wall plaster instead of them requesting from taobao for replacement. Pay twice the amount compared to taobao and no assurance on quality either plus twice the waiting time. Buy directly from taobao and fix yourself Could be better. Their delivery and fixing cost extras too. Nice post sales service on text though but yet to see resolution. .
