Very confusing subscription system
Very confusing subscription system. The Pro offer does not clearly state that you only get one song per month unless you pay extra. I felt misled — the way the offer was presented didn’t match what I expected when signing up. Support cancelled my subscription but wouldn’t provide any goodwill credit. For the price they charge, there are far better alternatives.
