I've order before with no issues and great service but this time, I'ts the oposite. I place an order last week and it has not been shipped. I got a confirmation email but that's it. I've sent about 5 emails and I'm still waiting for a replay. I get that the holidays can bring caos but a hole week? C'mon! I just want to confirm if my pakage will arrive in time or will I need to consider other options
