FBABEE is not fully accountable
FBABEE team is polite and responsive but not fully accountable for their service and your products. They mishandled one pallet of my products and damaged few units; and Amazon rejected the whole pallet because of those units. When I reported the issue to them after a couple of conversations and pressure, they finally only compensated for the damaged units and left me with a huge loss. I changed my freight forwarded after that.
