UME Travel, the only way to travel!
We had an incredible experience with UME Travel. From start to finish, everything was effortless. They listened to all of our suggested attractions and experiences, then built a perfectly paced itinerary, made every reservation, and purchased all the tickets in advance. When we arrived in Japan, our driver greeted us right away and our tour began smoothly. Having a private driver and a private English-speaking guide meant we never stressed about timing or logistics—no worrying about planning, organizing, transportation, communicating with locals, or even ordering food. Communication with Steven was excellent—he responded within seconds whenever we had any questions or concerns during our tour—which gave us total peace of mind. Thanks to UME Travel, we saw far more than we could have on our own, visiting multiple attractions and immersing ourselves in the culture efficiently and completely stress-free. Our local guides were fantastic, offering tips and clear directions for exploring on our own after the daily schedule. We even navigated the public trains with confidence to do more shopping and eating. We truly would not have experienced Japan the way we did without UME Travel. Highly recommended!
