Arrived broken
I ordered a product from Idorashop, but it did not resemble my brother at all and arrived snapped in half. I emailed them immediately and were told a replacement would be issued. About 20 days later, I still hadn’t received any updates, despite multiple follow-up emails. Eventually, they said I could either get a replacement or 20% back. I made it very clear that I wanted either the item remade with the 20% compensation as promised, or a full refund — no compromises. They then said the replacement (my “4A4” cat) would arrive within a week, so we’ll wait and see if that happens. Regardless, we will not be ordering from Idorashop again. Overall, the product arrived broken, and the customer service has been slow, confusing, and unhelpful. Very disappointed with my experience.
