Sitting out under the stars
We purchased a gazebo from them 2 months ago, and with a 3-week shipping time, we finally received it. Start-up was great until we realized the box containing the screws and hardware was missing. We contacted customer service, and after jumping through a ton of hoops to prove we purchased them from them, they finally acknowledged they had not shipped the parts and would have them sent out. I received another email that they had difficulty finding the parts in an offsite warehouse and that it would be another 5 to 6 weeks before they could have it sent out. I received another email after following up, and it stated that they could give me a reimbursement if I wanted to go to the hardware store and purchase everything myself. I contemplated that, until I realized the majority of the parts are speciality parts that only they manufacture! I just want to enjoy my gazebo with the little bit of summer we have left, but yet... here we are waiting under an open-frame gazebo just staring at the stars! I would not recommend purchasing from them.
