Beware of purchasing if you expect to return itemss
I have ordered from CRZ Yoga before and had a positive experience with their products. However, on ordering for a second time, there were 3 our of 5 items I would like to return as they do not fit me. I emailed CRZ Yoga's support address on 23/11/2025 and have followed up politely FIVE times since then (today is 06/12/2025). I have not received a reply. It's disappointing as some of their products are good for the price, but if you can't return items that are not right for you, you may as well purchase from higher quality brands like Lulu Lemon where you can return for a refund. I will not repurchase again based on how difficult this process has been, and hope this review warns others.
