Installation issues
Installation of two eSims (one on my phone and the other on my wife's phone) was not as user friendly as I would have liked. The preferred method suggested by Jetpac was to use their app however found it easier to add the eSim directly within iPhone settings. Sims were installed however, I needed to use the chat line to get confirmation that they were correctly installed. Instructions provided online and in the app are available however they tend to be generic and the video tutorial needs to be slowed down ( to 0.5 speed) to be able to follow the individual steps.... The people i chatted with on the chat line were very prompt and helpful with their responses. I am hoping I will not have any issues activating the eSims when I arrive at destination
