Have made multiple purchases with OrzGK, and I would say that their service and communications are sometimes slow, but they do get back to you and rectify any problems. I had one instance where one figure came with some defects, most likely due to the studio's slightly dodgy packaging and Ella, who was my assistant, was able to contact the studio that made the figure and help me get some supplies to help fix these defects. Overall, I do think they do a good job as retailers for GK figures and official figures as well.
