Absolutely Awful
Absolutely Awful – Avoid I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered orthopedic ankle boots on 20th November and they still haven’t arrived. After weeks of waiting, my order was suddenly marked as “delivered” when it clearly was not. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Instead of investigating the issue properly, they expect me to chase post offices—without even telling me which courier they used. I’ve checked with neighbours and no one has received or signed for anything. This company takes no responsibility once they have your money. I needed these boots by a specific date and due to their incompetence, I’m now left with nothing but excuses. Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere. This has been a complete joke from start to finish. I’m still waiting for a full refund.
