Might be a scam, in the end it wasn't.
I have placed an order on the 30th of November. Just got a confirmation email and then radio silence. I emailed last week to support with all the information needed to look up the order. Got a generic email back saying they were missing vital information to offer support and if I could provide an order number ect or forward the confirmation email. So I forwarded the order confirmation email and got the exacte same generic email back. I have no clue if my products will arrive in time of they have been shipped at all. Update, got the product way after christmas had passed, the product was fine but, the bad customer support and package tracking still make me put a 3/5 stars, sorry not sorry.
