Poor Customer Service and Poor Internet Connectivity
Too many outages and no compensation provided at all. Had 1 outage that lasted close to a week and not even an apology. Poor customer service that could not help me with changing my hardware when it stopped working under warranty. Lastly, when I called to terminate my service, customer service says no need to do anything, just let the contract lapse. They proceeded to charge my credit card for service AFTER the contract. Have to keep chasing for my refund. Absolute nightmare
