Mediocre Gym & Horrible Customer Service
The Utrecht gym was mediocre, with several broken equipment for weeks, and with rain coming down to a bucket on the first floor several times. But worst of all is the lack of empathy or flexibility from the customer service to early contract cancellations. Unless you move or have an injury, there is no other reason accepted, e.g. sudden unemployment. You are stuck in a contract with no possibility of negotiation, no possibility to freeze the subscription while you get back to your feet, and with robotic copy-paste replies from the customer service. You just have to shut up and pay. I most definitely will not recommend this gym to anyone! Just find another alternative gym, I'm sure you will be better off for the money you pay.
