Title: Extremely Disappointed – Bike Failed Within Weeks
I purchased the Amyet S8 bike for my son in July and gave it to him for his birthday at the end of August. Unfortunately, within less than three weeks of light use, the bike started falling apart. First the front motor failed, then the back. Shortly after that, the battery stopped charging altogether. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was told that the return window was only 30 days—despite the fact that the problems began almost immediately after my son was finally able to ride it. They refused to allow a return or an exchange, leaving us completely stuck with a bike that doesn’t work. To make matters worse, I purchased the bike on a monthly payment plan, so I’ve been forced to keep paying for a product that is essentially useless. My son was devastated, and the entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected far better quality and customer support. Unfortunately, this has been nothing but a nightmare.
