Purchase of Oakley Glasses
I had a terrible experience with SmartBuyGlasses. After I placed my order, they informed me they were unable to make lenses for my specific prescription, so I had to cancel. I was explicitly told the refund would take 3-5 working days. After the 5th working day passed with no refund, I contacted customer service. They suddenly changed their story, claiming it actually takes 3-10 working days. I am still waiting for my money, and despite requesting the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to track the transaction with my bank, they have failed to provide it. This has been a huge waste of time and money. Proceed with caution.
