Unprofessional and harsh reviewer behavior
I had a negative experience with GoTranscript. I received an extremely low rating with no option for review and, even worse, a reviewer comment written in a harsh and unprofessional tone. The feedback did not clearly explain the mistakes; it simply stated that the “formatting was completely wrong,” without any constructive guidance. On top of that, my access to the language was removed immediately, with no possibility to view my transcript or understand what was supposedly incorrect. This lack of transparency is very concerning. What bothered me the most was not the rating itself but the reviewer’s attitude — blunt, rude, and lacking basic professionalism. Platforms that rely on freelancers should ensure respectful communication and provide fair mechanisms for contesting evaluations. My experience showed that this is not the case here. Além disso, o acesso ao idioma foi removido imediatamente, sem chance de consulta à transcrição ou revisão do trabalho, o que mostra pouca transparência. O que me incomodou não foi a nota em si, mas a forma como o revisor se comunicou — seca, grosseira e sem decoro. Plataformas que dependem de freelancers deveriam prezar por respeito básico nas revisões e oferecer mecanismos de contestação justos. Minha experiência deixou claro que isso não acontece aqui. Não recomendo.
