Wong manual. Twice!
I purchased an e-manual in 2024 and the link sent me to the wrong model. I contacted support and got a link to the correct manual via email. In December 2025 I purchased another manual (PDF) listed $58.99 CAD and it again was wrong. This time to another model year. After contacting support they sent me a link to software that I needed to install on a computer to access files, not a PDF. It’s listed for $34.99CAD. When I asked for a refund on the difference, they refused and just offered a 25% discount on a future purchase. The software sucks because it’s slow and there isn’t a search function making it almost useless. I’m done with them. *update* Jon did reach out to me shortly after this review and acknowledged the problem. As stated in his reply they are working on their links. They refunded the purchase price of the emanual/software which satisfies my concerns. If I need another manual, I’d probably give them another chance. Changed from 1 star to 3.
