I had an issue where my old GPS Watch (SeTracker compatible) was permanently locked to a lost administrator account, and the SMS factory reset commands were failing. The support team (via email) responded quickly and, using the IMEI and my details, performed the server unbind (deletion) remotely. My watch is now successfully registered to my new account.
