While the actually involvement of the score on test never came through and then I read reviews being so awful, I became a Little frantic. I did email and Alex was extremely helpful In helping me. When my phone wouldnt allow me to get To site, Alex did all he could and finally cancel my Membership and issued refund. He was quick to reply and was excellent with his customer service. So I am pleased About that.
