The manager for this Banfield location is horrible…
The manager for this Banfield location in San Pedro shouldn’t be a manager at all!!! . She is rude, very condescending to customers and has no customer care skills. I wouldn’t trust her at all dealing with my account because who knows what notes she’s putting on there?? They switched my dogs medicated shampoo without letting me know and that caused my dog to have the worst flare up. And when I brought this up to them - this manager made me bring the old shampoo as proof, told me that in her notes the doctor mentioned to continue the shampoo (as if I was supposed to know that it was a different one) and then said that I should have noticed it was different because there was a small bar in the front with a different color!! There was no remorse or admittance that they gave me the wrong shampoo to begin with!! and when I asked her to pls stop speaking to me so condescendingly and stop trying to accuse me that I should have known … she didn’t stop and just became even more rude and insolent. This is completely horrible management!!
