Bad customer service/no delivery
I ordered three items from BestVibes.com about three weeks ago, and the money was taken from my bank account immediately. Since then, my order has been stuck on “Pending Delivery” on their website. I’ve emailed their support team three times and haven’t received a single response. At this point, the lack of communication and updates is really disappointing. I just want either my items delivered or a proper response from the company. Would not recommend based on my experience so far.
