Quick fix to a problem with my software.
I had a problem with my software for the first time in years, which required me to re-enter my license key. I needed this urgently because I had to create an e-magazine for an NPO that contains crucial information for its donors. I expected a delay in a response, as is the norm with time differences (I am from South Africa). I was delighted to receive an immediate response with a solution.
