No option to expedite or pick up item
I order the device IP15 PM 512GB since Monday, until today no update I have raised the support email and WA asking if they can expedite as I will be flying overseas this Thursday night (Dec11) but until now no update and hasn't been shipped. Order Confirmation# K2H78T81N, I need action the soonest!
