This service is a joke or a scam currently
We had in 3 days more problems with this company than any other throughout the whole year. 1, When making the invoice, they doubled the price per request compared to what was promised in the plans. After contacting their support email, they are not really helpful but try to explain the price, which was never defined previously in their plan descriptions. 2, We are using their API functionality, which is a separate service, and they cannot provide an invoice for it. Even though we already asked 3 times for it from their support team. Also, their website cannot provide the invoice, which should be a core functionality if you provide a service to companies. Such a basic functionality, and not even their support team or website can handle it. 3, Their support is completely unusable and is only gaslighting. They do not provide any meaningful replies or an invoice, although I asked for it multiple times. Also, they are not really taking actions on making an invoice double the price per request, like expected; they are just trying to explain their ridiculous scamming scheme for their website. Conclusion: Do not use this service, this is a scam basically!
