Unfortunately within one month deposited more 1500 euro lost all those money game many times crashed even got notification to contact support as i contacted support it was ignored and said there is nothing wrong with my account my account shows not verified but in reality my account is already verified since im member for 4 years and today i asked about king of the hill tournament which i had 2nd prize on 07.01 and told the support wagering wasn’t correct without even checking i was ignored after many times i told same he checked and lied and i asked about my account status why its showen not verified and again lied saying all users are showing not verified just ignored i have asked many times for changing my vip status since im high rank vip member in other casino the request was just ignored All rules what is mentioned in casino terms are not correctly applied still uncredited winnings are ignored even joo casino app sent out notification to contact support for crashed games and funds as i checked game provider game history bets i played around 500 euro in one day just losing 115 euro but my balance was 0 euro i tried to talk to support just simple answer everything is okey with your account but like feeling i wasn’t even taken seriously after all activities in one month i made until 6000 euro i didnt withdraw and lost all within 2 hours with 5 eure bets Provided all screenshots and proofs just being ignored
