Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. The product I ordered and paid for was out of stock but no-one advised me until I chased up the delivery. I was then told it would be back in stock a month later. I opted to cancel the order and I’m still waiting for a refund after many of my emails have been ignored. Ordered on 04/10, still chasing for the refund on 10/12 - the worst customer service I have ever received. Do not recommend.
