I was given incorrect tracking numbers for my orders and I can’t find my orders. I have received no response from customer support after leaving numerous emails. And the reward points are worthless because they have nothing because they give it all to the influencers. You redeem for a straightener you don’t receive, you redeem for the curlers you don’t receive, you redeem for the brush set you don’t receive. They do have the robe. After all you spend you get none of the things the influencers get no wash bag, no brush set, no straightener, no flat iron, no curlers. And you get fake tracking numbers. My order was placed on June 15 early in the morning. Order#pk325152, pk325185, pk325195, pk325382, pk326099. My order still has not arrived. UPDATE: Correct tracking numbers were sent emails were received in junk mail. Thank you.
