Avoid Traveloka at All Costs
I booked a Cebu Pacific flight through them, and from the moment the payment cleared, everything fell apart. They attached my booking to some random email address I’ve never seen in my life. Even though I received the confirmation, I couldn’t access my own booking through Manage Booking, couldn’t create an account to retrieve it, and couldn’t even add baggage. Cebu Pacific couldn’t help me because the booking was locked under Traveloka, and Traveloka themselves were absolutely nowhere to be found. Their phone line is a joke — you can’t reach a human without a booking code, and naturally, I couldn’t access the booking code because Traveloka never provided proper access. Their “online support” is a black hole. No portal, no chat, no help whatsoever. This company is completely incompetent. A pathetic excuse for a travel service. They take your money and then leave you stranded with no way to manage your booking. Avoid Traveloka at all costs. They are genuinely the most frustrating, unhelpful, and poorly designed service I’ve ever come across
