Ordered a shirt as a Christmas present…
Ordered a shirt as a Christmas present on 11/28, didn't get any shipping information until the day it was delivered on 12/9. The cut is not the loose fit as it shows on the website. I reached out to customer service to return and have been going back and forth with them for over 24 hours and they are giving me the run around. They are not trying to honor their refund policy at all. They offered a new shipment but I would have to pay shipping again and it would take 15-20 business days before they ship it thus it won't be on time for Christmas. Or a 15% refund, which doesn't even cover the cost I paid to ship it in the first place, and I keep the shirt which is too small for whom I purchased it for.
