Don't buy watches here. Very bad customer service
I've bought Longines watches, and they requested to send them a photo of a credit card and a driver's license. Support is afwaul. 1. In chat, I was writing for 3 days, noone didn't respond ever. 2. It was next-day delivery, and document processing took more than 2 days. 3. In email was the department manager's phone number. No response, no callback, nothing. Noone giving clear information on what is needed, and it's worst customer service and experience ever!
