Orders are frequently cancelled without any prior notification so I had to ask to be notified and yet this practice is simply deemed “acceptable” under the company’s terms and conditions. Items that are clearly out of stock continue to be listed and sold, leading to repeated disappointment.It feels as though the company operates exclusively within its own rigid rules and never makes the slightest effort to support or accommodate its customers. Customer service agents almost always respond with excuses about what they “cannot” do, showing no willingness to find solutions.While product quality can sometimes be good to excel but sometimes not, it is highly inconsistent roughly a 40/60 experience. Overall, shopping here is consistently frustrating and falls far short of reasonable expectations.
