Do not buy from Jetpac if you do not want to be scammed
I had bought a 30 GB pack from them and everything went well until I had downloaded the e-sim. Once downloaded, I noticed that there was no data on it, and when I went on the app that had been linked to the email I used, there was no history of any data packs being purchased. I had contacted them MULTIPLE times and all they did was re-send links to download e-sims that had no data on it. I gave up and bought a second pack, which ended up working. Obviously, as the first pack was not usable I contacted them asking for a refund. What I found odd was the fact that the data suddenly appeared in my account AFTER I bought a second one, despite hours of them dismissing me. They refuse to refund the first one, despite the fact that it hasn’t been activated AND that I only needed to buy a second one because of their incompetence. Now I am down $60+ and will never buy from them ever again.
