Well I put in a redemption request on 5/20 for $1500 and it has been 12 days now and my redemption has not been approved, and at day 5 they say I needed to complete a w9 form. I sent it in to their tax support email and they have yet not responded. The regular support email takes a long time to respond and they can’t help me. This website is completely bull$h*t . The 24/7 chat keeps saying they are marking my redemption for urgent review but nothing happens. I email their tax support email EVERYDAY asking did they receive my w9 and they don’t respond, I’m starting to think there is no tax support and this website is a scam. I do not recommend anyone withdrawing anything over $600 cause they say that’s when you need to complete a w9 form. Getting in touch with with tax support should not take this long it has been a week with no reply to not 1 single email.
