Do NOT fall for their schemes!
Offers insurance against mis-delivery or unsatisfactory product, but shipping times are far underestimated, prices are outrageous for the quality of the product, and they have absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been emailing daily since December 10th (today is the 29th), and each time they respond with only more questions about my order number or photos. I ordered what appeared to be a knitted cardigan and it was a very cheap quality fabric, which arrived two weeks later than promised.
