Company does not back up their products
This company's return policy states: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I had all of the requirements for a return and they asked me for pictures of my purchase so they could determine what was wrong. The sweatshirt I ordered in a large was very, very large. More like a 2xl. I asked to return it and they said that since they couldn't see anything wrong with it they could offer me a $6 refund on a $31 dollar item. I wrote back that that was unacceptable and they said I could return it but the shipping fee would be $30-$40 dollars and they offered me$9 as a refund. Also it took over a month to receive my purchase which they thought was acceptable. They do not back up their products. Very poor customer service. Terrible company.
