Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Do not trust this company. Scam tactics. Beware of buying from pneuialmatic. I ordered a Precision Frequency Generator v4 (approx. $47), but they shipped a completely different, lower-spec single frequency generator. When I complained, they refused to send the correct item and instead started a frustrating "negotiation" process, offering me $8, then $12, and then $20 to just keep the wrong item. They also expected me to pay out of pocket to ship their mistake back to them. I refuse to pay for a company's intentional mistakes or incompetence. Terrible customer service and deceptive trade practices.
