This website is a scam
This website is a scam, avoid it! Tempted by low price, I bought advent calendar on 13/11. I have paid additional 8 dollars for VIP delivery. First of all they deducted wrong amount from my account - I was supposed to pay 57$ but finally they took more than 70$. This problem was solved quickly and I got partial refund. According to their website VIP delivery takes 3-7 days. After 7 business days I have emailed them asking about my order. They said that it’s delayed but they will contact supplier. After 2 mails like this and after reading the reviews here I have asked them to IMMEDIATELY cancel the order and refund the money. They refused and out of nowhere they gave me tracking number which seems to be fake. I have opened a complaint with a payment provider, hoping that they can help with this, however, still waiting for final reply. And of course, after a month the order isn’t delivered. At this point I just want my money back.
